Nighthawk app same "firmware not updated" when it is the correct version
I am unable to connect although I have the correct firmware version. Probably an App issue but they need to get this fixed.

Thanks for confirming. Your device's firmware is up to date and you should be good to go. I'll have the info forwarded to our App Team to look into the Nighthawk app and request for any changes needed.

Update: finally got info that the cable modem/WiFi combo is a known issue with the App and they are “working on making it compatible”. No ETA of course.
