Nighthawk app same "firmware not updated" when it is the correct version
I am unable to connect although I have the correct firmware version. Probably an App issue but they need to get this fixed.

Thanks for confirming. Your device's firmware is up to date and you should be good to go. I'll have the info forwarded to our App Team to look into the Nighthawk app and request for any changes needed.

Yes! I have the same issue & I'm on Android, so it's not just an ios issue. I bought the C7800 to replace an older model which I was able to see in the app. I'm on Comcast as well & have its latest version.

Another App update, another disappointment…these guys are a joke and just don’t care that we can’t use a tool that we all paid for when we purchased. Not sure why someone in management doesn’t step up and get this fixed today!!!!!
