Nighthawk app same "firmware not updated" when it is the correct version
I am unable to connect although I have the correct firmware version. Probably an App issue but they need to get this fixed.

Thanks for confirming. Your device's firmware is up to date and you should be good to go. I'll have the info forwarded to our App Team to look into the Nighthawk app and request for any changes needed.

I also get the firmware out of date on the nighthawk application. I am on spectrum and they told me the firmware is up to date. I contacted Netgear and they couldn't help me because my warranty expired and I needed to pay. They can't fix this small problem. Please fix this problem.

The only problem is in the inability of some people to ignore a meaningless message.
Netgear knows about this bug in its app it and has said it will mend the thing.
That message has no effect on how a modem/router works, so don't expect immediate action. There are more important bugs to fix that really do break things.
Experienced users go nowhere near a mobile app in the first place.
