Nighthawk app says successfully connected, but can’t log on

The Nighthawk app said the router is successfully connected but I am unable to connect any of my devices. Greatly appreciate your help. Thanks!
  • Thank you for responding, but I am happy to report that all is well. What I did not realize is there was still another step: I needed to go to a website that then connected my devices to WiFi. At least, that's what I think happened. I was baffled since my laptop was not connected to WiFi, yet I was supposed to go to an Internet site, but I typed in a bunch of numbers and it worked!
