Nighthawk App Speed test is not working properly

    Same router, same problem. Download shows 0.00 and upload measures fine.

      Just installed AC2400 today.  Same problem with Download showing 0.00.  Current Firmware 1.2.0.26.  Firmware also comes back with an error message when trying to update.
