AC2400 is a wifi speed indicator, not a Netgear model number.
What firmware version do you have on the device?
A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.

Uh, oh. They have done it again.
There was a spate of ACXXXX devices a few years ago. AC1450 for example, in 2013. Then Netgear stopped using that label.
That AC2400 was too new to waft across my horizon. (I checked.) It doesn't even appear in Netgear's list of forthcoming models.
There is also an AC2400 wifi standard that Netgear uses. Such as the XR450.
They do it to confiuse people.
