Nighthawk App Timed out Issue!

Hello Nighthawk Community!

 

We are aware that some users are experiencing "Time Out" issues when logging into their Nighthawk app using Apple iOS version 18.4 and Android OS versions. Until there is a resolution, we ask that you use the admin page found at routerlogin.com or router IP address, for your Nighthawk router configurations using a web browser.

 

We have passed this information and observations on to NETGEAR for review.
