Nighthawk App Unresponsive on phone.

Question

I recently installed Netgear Wifi Extender. &nbsp;I was told to install Nighthawk app to manage the extender and monitor devices using the extender. &nbsp;Problem is the Nighthawk app simply does not respond on my phone. &nbsp;It is up to date. &nbsp;I have restarted my phone. &nbsp;Nothing seems to help. &nbsp;Any ideas other than getting rid of Netgear crap?

You don't have to use the app. You can log into the extender using its ip address.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
If you're on android, you can try force closing the app and clearing cache/data.&nbsp;
