Nighthawk app white screen blocking login

Iphone 8, there is a white screen blocking the login screen in the app. I can move it a little with my fingers but can’t login. Anyone else have this issue/solution?

    For us this morning the white screen was gone and we could login. Maybe they do read these forums, thanks.

Yes! I just got a device and I can't even set it up. So frustrating. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing works.

    I tried logging in with an iPad and that worked just fine. Not ideal, but at least I got access to the system.
