Nighthawk App won't connect to router

All of a sudden starting yesterday my nighthawk app stopped working and I can no longer access my router. If I connect with 192.168.1.1 from a web browser I can log in as admin and everything works. ...

May you try reinstalling the Nighthawk app and provide us with the current firmware version your router is on.

I already uninstalled the app on my android phone and re-installed it. I also loaded the app on my ipad and have the same result. Web URL access works from Chrome, the APP does not. It worked fine for the first 2 months or so. The router is up to date. The version is: V1.4.1.50_1.3.10

    Hi Mike,

     

    Thanks for confirming. I would recommend performing a factory reset and running through the setup assistant again. Use the Nighthawk app to run through the setup assistant.
