Nighthawk app

I'm unable to complete login on the Nighthawk app. I'm using the correct password and the app window opens to the dashboard for a brief second and then returns to the login screen.

I am using the app on an iPad. I have cleared the cache and rebooted the iPad twice.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app twice.

I have updated my router login password via the web browser router login page. The password is fine and I have full access via the web browser.

i just checked my iPhone and the app is not working properly there either.

 

any suggestions?

    Hi rjneal1953, may we know what is the app version as well as the iOS version of both the iPad and iPhone?

      App is: 2.4.16.28
      IOS is: 14.3
      I rebooted (powered down) the router and then connected fine with the app.
      My issue was 7 days ago. This is not a very timely response.

        Hi Rick, apologies for the delayed response and thanks for providing the info. What is the firmware version of the R6700? Also, do you have the "Remember Me" option enabled on the login screen?
