Nighthawk App
The Nighthawk app keeps telling me that my wifi router is not supported.
What modem do you have?
What firwmare is on your router?
do you have the R6900 you put in your signature?
Are you connected to its wifi when opening the app?
Yes router is R6900P and connected to the internet, tells me there is no internet connection and then Nighthawk app does not support this router!
Modem using?
Firmware on router?
Everything else works other than the app?
- Modem is a spectrum modem, no manufacturer name on it just property of Charter communications! Firmware is: V1.3.1.64_10.1.36. Yes everything else seems to be ok!
Sometimes spectrum installs modem/router combo devices.
There should be some model number on the label for it.
Also, you can use the browser to access/modify the router.
