Nighthawk app

Switched phones. Downloaded app so I could download new firmware. The app has the log-in set at "admin" and states the default pw is  "password". Of course this does not work. I also tried my existing password and that doesn't work either.I've tried rebooting, resetting, "re" everything and the same thing happens. Besides never being allowed to update my router any suggestions on how to get the piece of crap app to work?

    Would you mind letting us know what error occurs when you attempt to log into the Nighthawk app?

      Its ok. I wiped everything , rebooted again &  re-installed.

       

      Got it to work.
