Nighthawk app
My RAXE300 stopped working with Nighthawk app, I’ve tried powering cycling but nothing works. I can access the router via the internet browser but nothing works the app. Any suggestions?
Yes anywhere access is enabled, no vpns.
The app worked before but I believe there was an update and since it won’t login. I don’t get any errors. I try to login after I enter my password it thinks for a minute then returns to login.

what modem/gateway is the router connected to?

thats not just an ONT. According to its spec sheet, it has NAT, web server, firewall, and routing functions built into it.
Might see if you can log into it and put it into passthrough mode to fix the double nat.
