Aware that if defining a new Wireless Network name on all Apple and many newer Samsung or other vendor devices tend to default to randomized MAC addresses aka. Private Wi-Fi Address in Apple nomenclature?

Everything to make some privacy fanatic happy, but causing a lot of confusion for network admins, and even more non-network-engineering-home-users.

Go to the wireless config, and set Privacy to "Use device MAC" on Android or slide the switch of "Private Wi-Fi Address" on Apple devices to Off.

At the risk if being queried by your users why their Apple devices continue to show a "Privacy Warning" - this is null and nil, because this is your own network, and you want the correct device MAC addresses to be used.

Cumbersome, the Fing library Netgear does trust so much is a continuous source of errors and misinformation all over Netgears home and even business class device models. This Fing-thing - supposed to clearly identifying make and model details - does not even correct and properly identify vendor OUI, the first half of the MAC address -clearly- identifying the vendor of the device or the chip in place. A can of worms instead of a trustworthy identification service. That's why we often see users asking such questions. 

Said this: This Fing library in place isn't worth the money Netgear pays in it's current status.
