Nighthawk Issue
I just purchases a Nighthawk AC1900 (C7000v2) Cable Modem Router. In the past, I used Genie to access my router. Now I have to is Nighthawk and it only shows four tiles. According to Netgear, my device is approved for Nighthawk. Why are all of the other tiles not available to me? I cannot see connected devices speed tests etc. Am I missing something or is this just the way it is?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Greg

Is this for the NH app? If so, mostly likely a app issue and design.
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Nighthawk App product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Nighthawk App and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general router" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

They changed it between the C7000v1 and C7000v2.
Which products support the NETGEAR Nighthawk app? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
It depends on the firmware on the device. Sadly. ISPs don't allow anyone else near the firmware on a cable modem/router. So there is nothing that Netgear can do to change the features on offer.
This is one reason why many people prefer to use separate modems and routers. That gives a much bigger choice of routers and features.
That also explains why experienced uses don't like the apps and prefer to use the browser graphical user interface (GUI) for serious work. You can even use the browser on a mobile device to do this.
