Nighthawk m1 unable to use app

Cannot use the app for this keeps asking for password after admin ....won’t let me use default or the password that is for the router...then when open troubleshooting on your page it has a link that safari can’t find.....

    Odd as it may seem, the Nighthawk App does not support all Nighthawk devices. In the case of the MR1100, you have to use the NETGEAR Mobile App (Android).

    If you visit the support pages:

    Support | NETGEAR

    you can feed in the model number and find all the documentation for your hardware.

    You can find the model number on the label on the device.
