Nighthawk R6900 router and Genie app
After setting up Genie app, I keep getting an error message when trying to load the parental controls in the genie app. I am connected to the internet....

2. What is the exact error message (please provide a screenshot if possible)?
3. Have you tried using another device (computer, Android, iOS)?
4. Have you tried resetting the device?
