Nighthawk R9000 iOS app
When I go into the Nighthawk app under settings and try to switch on Anywhere Access I get a message “This NETGEAR device is already registered with another account”. I have registered this device only once. How can it be registered with another account?

May you confirm that your router is registered to the email address used to log into your MyNETGEAR account and Nighthawk app.
