Nighthawk RS200 - White screen via andriod nighthawk app

I also have a white screen with a Samsung S24 Ultra. I went through all the suggestions. Screen captures enabled, set to phone mac, nothing private or random and still white screen. cleared data & cache, Disabled mac access control filtering in router settings (using pc since I cant connect with app) uninstalled and reinstalled app. Paid over $600 for their router and they want us to use the app but cant. This seems to be a common problem and suggestions don't work and Netgear isn't addressing this. What a joke.
