Nighthawk x10 7200 - can't open nighthawk app -

when I click the button to login button or create new account button on the nighthawk app, I just get a blank screen - how does this get fixed

    Which nighthawk app? Android? iOS?

     

    Start  by explaining in more detail what you are doing and telling us what goes wrong and where.

      I have a nighthawk x10 7200 (firmware updated today), using android (v10), nighthawk app (v 2.17.0.2193)

      the app worked after I updated the to 2.17.0.2193.  But now I cant access parental controls

      Please tell me how I can access parental controls with this router that I bought 11 months ago.

      I think it will be cheaper to just buy a router from a different brand that has free parental controls that a robust. Way cheaper than buying a new router from Netgear every year + paying large monthly fees, but if you have a solution for the Nighthawk x10, I am all ears
