Nighthawk x6 ac3200 can't authenticate

So I am 1/2 way through downloading the Genie onto my computer and it says HTTPS//www.routerlogin.net is requesting a username and password. The site says NETGEAR R800. I have put in every password I can think of and am getting nowhere. I am so freaking out I don't know what to do. Any ideas? I have a PC with windows 8.

    Hi Jendell,

     

    Please try using the default combination of admin as the username and password as password.
