Nighthwk app FOR nighthawk x6s ac3600 TRI BAND ROUTER

Having issue of getting into app have used admin as user and pasword as password. I have uninstalled then reinstalled app still can't get in. I have used the SSID name and pasword given still can't get in...HELP!

    What happens when you try?

     

    Remember, when using an app, you have to connect to the wifi before you can login to the router's management controls. The wifi password is not the same as the router password.

     

    The best way into the router's controls is with a wired connection and a browser.

     

    Visit the support pages:

    Support | NETGEAR

    Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

    Look for the model number on the label on the device.

    Begin with the Quick Start/Installation Guide.

    You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.

    I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

     

    Is the x6s ac3600 an R7960P? On their own x6s and AC3600 don't tells us what you own.
