No wifi/internet/router not found or supported

I purchased the AC750 WIRELESS ROUTER and have fine everything besides had muy local cable company send a tech support agent to look at my modem. I continue to reboot both the modem and router and get the same messages and am continually told no IPv6. Please help.

    Trying to use IPV6?  Some router or ISP does not accomodate IPV6.

      Ipv6 should be standard today but it is not very well supported by all isps.
