NOT ABLE TO LOGIN WITH BYPASS ACCOUNT IN NETGEAR GENIE DESKTOP APP (AC3000 router) (WINDOWS10 PC)

Hi,

 

I can't login from the Genie Desktop application in existing bypass account.

On top of that, I've created a new account in the netgear.opendns.com which does not appear in the Genie app after refresh.

Router : RBR50, firmware v2.0.0.74

Netgear genie app : 2.4.46

OS : Windows 10 professional version 1703, OS version 15063.608
