only power light is on R6350
Hello, Only the power light is blinking on the top of the Router. It's connected to the modem, but I can't get it to show up as a device on the app.

A few points.
- Your subject says R6350 but it says C6300 in the footer. Which is it?
- You have posted in the Nighthawk App section. That isn't the place for either of these devices.
A blinking power light is a sign of broken firmware. That isn't something easily fixed.
