Orbi RBR50 genie app will not allow me to enable guest access
Genie app says that the router doesn't support guest access. I have enabled guest access on the router. Satellite RBS50 Firmware v 1.10.1.2 IOS version of app.
Just updated the router and satellite to the latest firmware v1.11.0.20
Guest Network is enabled
SSID broadcast is enabled
WPA2-PSK is enabled.
Still, the genie app says the router doesn't support guest WiFi.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have the same problem. Technical support for Netgear seems to be very very limited and understaffed. I can enable the guest network through the web browser interface but not the genie app. The Orbi app is useless also.
What at I need is a way to schedule my guest network to shut down every day at a prescribed time. Parental controls are not a solution. Come on Netgear, listen to your customers and get it together. This in not a problem with Lynksis.
