Parental controls do not block anything

I have followed the instructions and also created openDNS account. Then I set individual filter levels for some devices using Genie app.

However, no matter what level of filter I choose, nothing gets blocked. Firmware is latest.

    Hi Ajaydeep_Singh,

     

    1. Please indicate the exact firmware version of the router.

    2. What is the version of the Genie app that you have installed?

    3. Please try using another device to set the filtering level.

    4. Have you tried resetting the router?
