Parental Controls enabled but porn still shows up!

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I have the Nighthawk D7000. I've been trying for days to get the parental controls to work. I've set up an account through open dns and I've enabled the parental controls through Net Genie. I've set it at the highest setting (also tried custom), I've done everything I can, and it doesn't work. SO frustrating as I can't stand the thought of my kids being able to access porn. It says the controls are enabled and it LOOKS like everything should work, but it doesn't!&nbsp;I have Windows 10, if that helps.&nbsp;Please help!

I dont know about Net Genie, but OpenDns has a free product called family shield that does a great job. You dont have to sign up or install anything, just set your routers DNS IP to

Thanks. I have done that already. But when I type in "porn" in my browser, I still pull up videos and images. :(
