Parental Controls not working properly

Router is DGDN3700v2. Installed Netgear Genie on the Motorola Moto X. Live Parental Control is setup and works well on the network.

 

1. The Network map only shows the one mobile and no other PCs, etc. on the network.

2. I select it and modify and put the filtering to 'None'. The default level is 'Custom'. Then I click apply and everything works well.

3. I restart the phone/WiFi as well as the router.

 

Still cannot go to any of the sites restricted through the LPC Settings!

 

Even created a Bypass Account with filtering level set as 'None'. Everything configured well. But I still cannot access any of the restricted sites!

 

Please help!

    Hi @ashishbagaria,

     

    1. Does the issue occur on other devices that are connected to the network?

    2. What version of Android is Moto X running on?

    3. What version of the NETGEAR Genie app do you have installed?

    4. What is the firmware version of the DGDN3700v2?
