Password on Nighthawk App
I am no longer able to log into my Nighthawk App using my Netgear password. The product I am using is the MR60 WIFI 6 mesh. I have went thru the forgot password option and not able to access the links provided, only online to reset my Netgear password which does not carryover to the app. Any advice or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Which Netgear password is that?
The Nighthawk app needs several passwords. First there is the wifi connection. (That's actually nothing to do with the app, but you do need to have wifi access to get anywhere.)
Then there is the Anywhere Access password. Fir many people this is the MyNetgear password which may, or may not, be the same as the password to get into this place. (In my case these are alls different.)
Finally there is the password to get into the router when you are connected to the Netgear cloud link.
I have went thru the forgot password optionIf you are trying to use the "password recovery" option, there is a bug in Netgear's implementation of password recovery on some devices. You can get locked into a closed loop.
If password recovery is enabled, but you have not set the answers to the questions, it keeps sending you back to the beginning of the process. If you haven't already given the thing your personal answers, they are not in its memory and it has no way of knowing if they are correct.
If the standard factory password (password) does not work, then you will have to factory reset the thing to get back to that. Then either disable password recovery (check the manual for your device) or provide some answers to those questions.How do I perform a factory reset on my NETGEAR router? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
