Password
I am trying to "set up" my extender and connect it to my router via the Nighthawk app. It will not accept my password. I am using the password that is on my router as well as the same password that use to log onto new devices in the house. It will not accept my password. It continually tells me that it is incorrect.

It might help if you said what this extender is. The model number.
