Paused access on all devices

I accidentally paused internet access on all my devices with the circle app. Now I can't log in or use the internet on any device including the one I did it with & resetting the modem and the router didn't change anything! I'm extremely frustrated!

    May you power cycle your router and/or factory reset it and run through the setup assistant again.
