Problem with accessing Nighthawk mobile app after (succesful) installation

I have 2 EX6250's which I successfully setup both working in 2 far corners of our house. 

 

But after being happy with the installation, I cannot access the Nighthawk mobile app. It starts with the login page and the password we set part of the installation process doesn't work! Try the Forgot Password but doesn't work.  

 

Any light?

    Which one? Android? iOS?

     

    How are you connecting? Wifi? (Local) Anywhere access? (Over the Internet)

    Many questions apply to different types of device, so you might get responses here, but you might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your hardware, in the appropriate section for your device. That's probably here:

    Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

    You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

    I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
