Sep 16, 2019I found another problem with ReadyCloud.
My HDD is 1TB brand new but ReadyCloud reports it as 196.91mb and it's already full! lol
I guess using network storage through Netgear router is not going to work for me.

I've been talking to
Matt
Expert ID: 8313
Netgear Level 2 SupportI can no longer send response back to him because there is a problem with Netgear website. When I send a reply I get this error message "Error: Something went wrong! Please try again"This is the last message that Matt wrote to me: "I did encounter an issue accessing ReadyCloud remotely using the desktop APP. Do you have the "VPN disconnected" error as well?"My response: I do not get a VPN discconected error message. I do not get any error message.Mine says: Connected (VPN) then it displays the root folder.I cannot access anything beyond the root folder. I cannot backup or download anything.- DexterJBSep 25, 2019NETGEAR Moderator

I no longer want to troubleshoot this problem.
I've been working on this problem since 9/16/2019 and no fix.
I can't continue because I cannot reply back to emails that I get from Matt level 2 tech support as the netgear website is broken.
Today, Matt asked me to perform a debug and sent me to https://www.routerlogin.com/debug.htm and that link doesn't work either as I get this error message.
Hmmm… can't reach this page
www.routerlogin.com refused to connect.
Try:
- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSEDrouterlogin.com does work as I can log into my router by web browser just fine but when I type in https://www.routerlogin.com/debug.htm is when I get that error message. But I have also logged into my router first then tried the link and I have restarted my router and tried another browser but it still doesn't work.I have spent much time trying to get this to work and all has failed. I have decieded to stop using ReadyCloud service and look for another cloud service. Also, the other problem I have is with Bitdefender Armor running on my router. It slows down my download speed greatly to the point that it takes me 15min to download a 5mb file over 122mbps speed. I turn off Armor and it only takes me 2-3 seconds. So I will buy a new Linksys router as I am done with Netgear and it's service.
