R4500 and Genie authentication problems

Hi, I have an  R4500 router (also called N900) and till about 5 months ago, I was able to log in the Genie app that obiously was supported (also stated in the router Data sheet). Now, I can't log in...
authentication error.

Hi mikinino,

 

1. What is the firmware version of the router?

2. What versions of the NETGEAR Genie app/program do you have installed (PC and mobile device)?

3. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app/program?
