Hi Jedimindtrick,
1. What version of NETGEAR Genie do you have installed?
2. What is the firmware version of the router?
3. What are the DNS values that are indicated in the router UI?
4. Are all devices affected (not getting filtered)?
5. Have you tried other filtering levels (medium, low, custom)?
6. Have you tried changing the filtering level using a different device (smartphone, tablet, another computer)?

Hi Dexter,
Thanks for quick reply. This is what I did and it worked.
1. Disable Parental Control in the Genie App and Genie Web Access
2. Rebooted the modem and the NetGear Router
3. Attached LAN Cable to Router from Laptop
4. Accessed Router Through Genie Web Dashboard
5. Enabled Parental Control at Moderate
All good now! Whew!!
Lesson learned, don't set parental control through Genie App.
