R6400- Cannot Log into OpenDNS from Genie App

I am beyond frustrated. I cannot log into the OpenDNS account from the Genie App to set up parental controls. I am able to log in just fine to their site, just not from the app. Please help.

      Which genie app? Desktop? Android? iThing?

       

      My Windows desktop genie is bust. It tells me that my hardware is not compatible with Parental Controls. It is. It tells me that I am not connected to the Internet. I am.

       

      I can either use the direct link or the Android genie.
