R6400 & Nighthawk - Parental Controls gone????

No Circle for the subject R6400, probably never Live Parental Controls - the impression is that they put Circle under the "Parental Control" tile seen on some CES2019 demos and screenshots - in the Nighthawk App.
Only the WIndows and macOS desktop Genie versions will allow to support Live Parental Controls (LPC) - https://kb.netgear.com/25687/How-do-I-configure-Live-Parental-Controls-on-my-NETGEAR-router on Nighthawk App supported routers.
