R6400v2 - connected via anywhere acces
I’m trying to connect to my R6400v2 by “connect via anywhere access” and I get an error that my device is offline, despite the fact that behind the error it shows that the device ia green (online).

what modem/gateway is it connected to?
Double nats can cause that issue
- FlorinGAspirantIt is a modem Technicolor cga-4233 made as bridge.
There's been a ton of times while I've been doing this that someone has said "its in bridge/modem only/passthrough" mode when something either wasn't or was doing it wrong. these types of issues are what block anywhere access. that modem is actually a pretty solid device (faster wireless specs than the r6400). What happens if you put it in router mode and the netgear in access point mode?
