R6700v3 - nighthawk app - cannot login on mobile phone - but can login on pc

The Admin log-in Password works on PC but won't work with Nighthawk app

    What are you doing and where does it go wrong?

     

    How are you using the app? Local access (on your wifi network) or Remote Control (from out on the Internet)?

     

    Remember, the app wont work before you connect to the wifi. So login to that before you login to the router.

     

    It also uses your my.netgear account as an intermediary.
