Can you print with the device connected to a USB port on the PC?
I ask because the same thing came up here recently:

If the printer won't work on a PC, it won't work on a router.

I'm having the same issue along with my Nest losing wireless connectivity.
I do use access control which i turned off with no difference. What I have noticed though is under access control those two devices (Printer/Nest) don't have an IP address. I have assigned a static address to it and that doesn't work either.
I have upgraded to the latest firmware and completed a factory reset, manually setting it up and no change. Rebooting the router allowes it to connect for a short time. Wired/Wireless(w/SSID name) connections have no issues.

Hi CChris,
1. What is the model number and firmware version of the router?
2. Have you tried changing the wireless channel of the router?
3. You can try using address reservation. The steps are linked below.

Hi MikeLorena,
1. If it is a network printer (connects via WiFi or Ethernet) then the USB Control Center is no longer required.
2. Please try re-installing the printer drivers on the computer that is experiencing the issue.

Thx Dexter,
No ,the printer is plugged in to the USB port on the router.
I tried updating the firmware, than my router stopped working completly. So, I restored the firmware.
2/3 ofour HP laptops work fine. The prointer shows up oin ReadyShare, we just cant get Win10 to find it (scan) for using in Adobe/Word, etc.
thx, Lorena
