R7000 reboots when pausing a device
Whenever I attempt to use access control from the Nighthawk app and pause a device the router reboots. The same thing happens using the older Netgear genie app. I recently changed the mode on the router from AP to full router. I don’t remember if the reboot ever occurred when in AP mode. Anyone else experience this problem?

What is the firmware version on the R7000?
Can you access its browser interface?
If it is in AP mode, you may have to track down its IP address – your router may tell you that – and user that in the browser.
Failing that, you may have to factory reset it, flash the firmware and then reconfigure it as required.
If it is already on the latest firmware, then a factory reset and "manual" reconfigure (don't restore from a configuration backup) can sometimes fix broken stuff like this.
