When I open the app on my phone I get a sign in page with ‘admin’ in the user name which I cannot erase or override. Therefore I cannot use the app. If I select change password and click on the profil...
Hi @dganoung, the page that you are on where the username is pre-filled with 'admin' is where you input your router's admin password. The default password is the word 'password'.
