R7500 - Change Guest issues

Hi, I hope someboy could help - and sorry for bad english...

-> Guest WiFi : normaly one could change the possibility for guest to see each other and use the local network. This possibility ist marked - not black, just grey - and can't be changed.

Any idea how to change it ?
