Unable to pause internet from genie app. Would like to be able to shut down internet per device (i.e. kids have not completed chores = no internet). Genie tells me it failed each time I try. Is there a fix for this or does the router need to be returned?

  • I should have added in, before latest updates I was able to "pause internet".  Since I cannot locate my receipt yet, online support is unable to help me.  For the amount I spent on this router I was hoping the software would be as good as hardware.
