Hello Maddman, 

 

May you perform a factory reset on the router by pressing down on the reset button for 15+ seconds. After successfully resetting the router, you will need to run through the setup assistant again and you may use the Nighthawk app to complete the setup. Once the router is up and running, please refer to the article linked below on how to activate Armor using the Nighthawk app.
