Mine won’t either. I’ve toggled, changed from automatic to timed, turned to manual then back. Nothing worked. This is one of my least favorite, and most expensive routers. Then they want you to pay for a help desk. Because they can’t keep up with iOS updates. Sheesh. Give it time. It will debug in a few(or more), months when they get to system debugging. &nbsp;Annoying, but wait them out. It’s designed to get you to spend money on their plan.&nbsp;

As labatt says, no one from Netgear is likely to be watching this discussion. If you do start your own, you'll have to provide some useful information. You could start&nbsp; by answering the questions from&nbsp;IrvSp that QuinlanT never got round to dealing with.
