R8000 parental controls do not work on the latest Firmware Version V1.0.3.46_1.1.32

Parental controls do not work in Nighthawk X6 R8000  on the latest Firmware Version  V1.0.3.46_1.1.32.

 

When I tried wired connection to the router and desktop netgear genie on my windows 10 pc, it says "You don't appear to be connected to Internet."

 

When I tried wireless connection to the router and the desktop netgear genie on my mac, it says "Identifying router" and it keeps spinning indefinitely.

    Hi sriramsridhar,

     

    This has been reported to engineering and is being worked on. We will provide an update once available. However, you try installing the previous router firmware version to get the Genie working.

      When is this going to be resolved?  It is affecting not only parental controls but all features using the Genie app.

        Hi, I would like to add I have not been able to update my firmware due to this issue.  Please provide an update regarding when this issue will be corrected.
