Rax 40 admin acess

Just connected this Rax 40 removed my Tp-link AC 1900, the nighthawk android app or access the admin sign-in on my laptop anything you do change the page sits for minutes to update, even when I test the internet, im baffled at something so expensive for Fast Speeds would have an app that takes minutes for each page to load or changes to occur. The tether app for my old Tp-link you make a change or setting on the app or on my laptop it's almost instant. A full reboot on my TP link takes less time than opening the nighthawk app & connecting. 

Anyone else have this issue?  Doesn't reply to messages it's been 48 hours and not even an acknowledgment
